Rebound with new boards. Pages are moderately tanned and occasionally foxed throughout. Plates are bright and clear. Thumb-marking present. Heavy cracking at the hinges with exposed binding material. Some occasional moderate cracking to gutters throughout, binding is slightly shaky. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Board corners are bumped. Boards have minor damp and dust stains. Moderate crushing to spine ends, with splitting, fraying and loss to the head, tail and joints. Spine head heavily damaged. Sunning to spine. Gilt lettering has become dull.
