A sequel to The Children's Annual, this book is a celebration of the work of six British graphic artists. The artists themselves are less familiar than the subjects they drew, which include Laurel and Hardy, Tiger Tim, Hungry Horace, Desperate Dan, Fudge the Elf and Charlie Chaplin. The six artists covered are G.W.Wakefield, H.S.Foxwell, Allan Morley, Dudley D.Watkins, Ken Reid and Bertie Brown.
