About O.S.B. Albert Holtz

Albert Holtz is a Benedictine monk at Newark Abbey in Newark, New Jersey, working in his monastery's inner-city prep school, where he teachers New Testament. He has served as master of novices for twenty-five years and as a retreat master for Benedictine communities around the United States. He is the author of several other books, including Downtown Monks, Street Wisdom and A Saint on Every Corner (Ave Maria, 1998, +15,000 copies sold).
