Andrew Arden QC is a full-time practitioner and head of Arden Chambers, London. He is a pioneer of housing (and homelessness) law, and has acted in many of the leading cases in addition to his writing. He is the general editor of the Housing Encyclopaedia, the Housing Law Reports and the Journal of Housing Law, as well as co-author of Arden and Partington's Housing Law, the Manual of Housing Law, Local Government Finance Law and Local Government Constitutional and Administrative Law (all Sweet & Maxwell).Caroline Hunter is a barrister at Arden Chambers in London and senior lecturer in housing law at Sheffield Hallam University.
