About Brid Moriarty (, Barrister at Law)

Brid Moriarty is a practising barrister and lecturer in EU Law at King's Inns. She previously worked as Course Co-ordinator for the Law Society where she was in charge of the European Law and Human Rights Law courses. Prior to joining the Law Society she worked as Senior Judicial Research Assistant in the Judges' Library. Previously she taught at Portobello College and the University of Limerick, where she completed an LL.M. in European Law.; Eva Massa is a Spanish lawyer and Course Manager at the Law Society with responsibility for the design and management of courses in European Law, Human Rights Law, Professional Conduct, Interviewing and Negotiation skills. She is also Secretary to the EU and International Affairs Committee of the Law Society. She has a Masters Degree in International Relations from DCU and wrote a thesis on 'Universal Jurisdiction: Determining complicity in crimes against humanity'.
