About Christine Manfield

In 1985 Christine Manfield left a career in teaching to become a chef. After working with some of Australia's best restaurateurs she opened the Paramount Restaurant in Sydney, which established her international reputation. She is author of a number of other cookbooks including Paramount Cooking and Spice.
