This is a beginner's course in Vietnamese, assuming no previous knowledge of the language on the part of the student. The emphasis of the course is firmly on communication skills, and the graded structure contains considerable exercise material. The course is composed of a book, with an accompanying cassette, which are available separately, or a book/cassette pack.
