The Mystery of Cloverdaisy Cottage Summary

The Mystery of Cloverdaisy Cottage by David Yearsley

Best school friends ten-year-old Kate and nine-year-old Clara are clever, inquisitive children who love nothing more than to explore and share laughter! However, they could never have prepared themselves for the adventure they embark upon when they visit Kate's lovable Nanna Grace one fine summer's day during the school holidays - a visit that will change their lives forever.

About David Yearsley

David Yearsley has been writing seriously for nine years - the first four spent on adult fiction and inspirations from his school days. Now, having grandchildren has inspired a change of genre. This is David Yearsley's first children's fantasy book. Exciting, mysterious, magical and funny, 'The Mystery of Cloverdaisy Cottage' is a wonderful dual-story adventure. David's first book, 'Winding the Clock Back', was self-published in June 2014 to high acclaim. It was a factual take on the iconic decade of the '60s, and was a tremendous success not only locally but across the UK. David was also honoured to be chosen as one of the guest speakers at the 2015 Northwich LitFest. David is an ex-lawyer (of the gentler kind) and a member of the Vale Royal Writers Group, Northwich and Daresbury Authors. He currently lives with his family in Cheshire.
