Mrs Gray, an attic mouse, trains her triplet sons - the trins - to be strong, brave and very fit. Their mission is to drive out the two farmouse cats, one of whom ate her late husband. With the help of Kevin, a mere cellar mouse, they are successful. They also set up a "noseball" league.
