About Floella Benjamin

Floella Benjamin is a well-known television presenter and actress who enchanted generations with Playschool and Playaway. She acts in films and has recently been made an OBE and received an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Letters from Exeter University where she is now Vice Chancellor. She won a BAFTA in 2004 for her outstanding contribution to children's television over the last three decades.
