Radio-controlled Models: Design and Construction by Graham Goodchild
Building radio-controlled models can be an absorbing hobby, and this book introduces the beginner to the main types of models, building techniques, materials and tools, and the use of radio control. The main part of the book features 12 model projects accompanied by illustrated step-by-step building instructions, scale plans and photographs of the finished models. Simple materials are used, and two of the models are powered by solar cells instead of the more usual batteries. Graham Goodchild has been making models for over 30 years, and is a member of the Institute of Model Makers, the Guild of Master Craftsmen, and the Society of Industrial Artists and Designers.
