Director Nicholas Briggs is one of the Big Finish executive producers, and is also well known for his role on TV's Doctor Who voicing the Daleks and other monsters. This volume includes the return of two fan favourites - renegade Time Lord The Meddling Monk (played by comedian Rufus Hound) and the Cybermen: this is the first time the Cybermen have confronted the Doctor in a full-cast adventure, and has been long-awaited ever since the Third Doctor Adventures range was announced.
