Cramond Island Summary

Cramond Island by Irkus M Zeberio

Cramond Island is the first instalment in the Jean Baptiste Baigorri narrative, starring an embattled poet/existential superhero as he struggles with disintegrating relationships, absurd surroundings and missions send to him by a mysterious secret society. This delighfully oddball comic is largely set in a hellish version of Edinburgh - literally, Baptiste works in a restaurant just above a hellmouth - and comes from a star of the European underground comix scene.
