Summary
In 1994 John Hoskison, a successful professional golfer, accepted a few drinks after a game and killed a cyclist when driving home. This work recounts his time inside one of Britain's toughest prisons following the incident: the squalor, violence, noise, stench, brutality, drugs and danger.
