This is a collection of commissioned Masterclass articles originally published in the journal Manual Therapy in the years 1995-2002. The collection has been compiled and edited and includes updating 'postscripts' to the original papers in which the original authors summarise the developments in their related research and clinical practice which have taken place since the papers were first published.
