With more than 30 years in the nursing education community, Dr. Taylor has earned national and international recognition as a strong leader who shapes practice, policy and education. Dr. Terhaar has engaged in clinical practice, primarily as a perinatal and neonatal specialist, for 20 years and as an academic for 20 more years in positions of increasing leadership and global impact.
