MARK FINDLAY isProfessor of Criminal Justice in theLaw Faculty, University of Sydney, Australia, Professor of International and Comparative Criminal Justice, Centre for Criminal Justice Studies, University of Leeds, UK, and Senior Associate Research Fellow, Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London, UK. Among many publications he is author of The Globalisation of Crime and (with Ralph Henham) Transforming International Criminal Justice.

RALPH HENHAM isProfessor of Criminal Justice atNottingham Law School, Nottingham Trent University, UK. Recent publications include Punishment and Process in International Criminal Trials and Transforming International Criminal Justice (with Mark Findlay).
