About Maurice Askew

Maurice Askew was born in Worcestershire and graduated from the Birmingham College of Arts and Crafts. In 1958 he moved to New Zealand to establish a design section at University of Canterbury. He has produced films for Internal Affairs, designed stamps for the New Zealand Post Office and is a Fellow of the New Zealand Design Institute.
