About Roger Cook

Roger Cook began his career in Australia with ABC, as a reporter and newsreader on both television and radio. In 1968, he joined BBC Radio 4's The World At One and subsequently worked on several BBC radio and TV programmes, including PM and Newsnight. In 1985 he moved to ITV and created The Cook Report, which ran regularly until 1998, with occasional specials broadcast since. He is Visiting Professor at the Centre for Broadcasting and Journalism at Nottingham Trent University. He lives in Bradford on Avon.
