    Authors: Chris Turner LLM is a qualified barrister and Senior Lecturer in Law at Wolverhampton University. He has taught law at all levels and is an experienced author whose other titles include Key Facts: EU Law and Key Cases: EU Law, also published by Hodder Education. Tony Storey LLM is Senior Lecturer in Law at Northumbria University and an experienced author whose other titles include Unlocking Criminal Law. Series editor: Jacqueline Martin LLM has ten years' experience as a practising barrister and has taught law at all levels.
