Lifelines: Russell Boulter and the Gospel of Mark by Volume editor Chris Gidney
Russell Boulter's face is well known to viewers of the TV series The Bill. When Russell arrived in London to begin drama school, he thought all Christians were dorks. However, he began furtively reading a Bible he'd been given, and things began to change. Russell discovered that Jesus was not a wimp and began to be drawn to the revolutionary character he was reading about. In this text, Chris Gidney tells how the actor came to find faith and the Gospel of Mark is introduced. The full text of Mark's Gospel in the Good News version is included.
