Piers Finds his Voice Summary

Piers Finds his Voice by Zuza Vrbova

Meet Piers Penguin, Kit Koala, Leo Lion, Zoe Zebra, George Giraffe, Ellie Elephant, Roddy Rhino and Tabby Tiger in these first eight books in the Top of the Class series.

With one book based on each character, children will love reading about the goings-on in Miss Roo's school class from many different points of view. Each member of the class has their own personality and social issues, but most of all they love to have fun!

'Top of the Class' encourages parents and children to spend time reading together for fun, to build reading skills and to talk about social issues such as confidence, bullying, imagination, friendship and more.

It's Piers Penguin's first day at a new school. Everything is strange and he can't help feeling homesick for the South Pole. He can't even speak the same language - how will he ever make friends? But Piers needn't worry, Miss Roo has a brilliant idea to help him settle in.
