Mild cracking to gutters, causing binding to be slightly loose. However, all pages remain attached. Small brown stains to front free endpaper and pastedown. Deckled bottom edge of text block. Minor tears to a few pages. Boards have noticeable edge wear with corner bumping. Visible tanning to spine and edges with some crushing to spine ends. Water stains and mottling to both boards. Cloth is slightly discoloured. Gilt lettering is darkened. Book has a slight forward lean.
