1939. First Published. 264 pages. No dust jacket. This is an ex-Library book. Brown cloth covered boards with gilt. Contains black and white photographic plates. Book has been rebound by library, with expected inserts, stamps and inscriptions. New boards. Pages remain clear with minimal tanning and foxing. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters throughout, binding remains reasonably firm. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Mild crushing to spine ends, with fraying cloth and small splits. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Moderate tanning to spine. Book has a slight forward lean.
