Pages and plates are noticeably tanned with minor foxing throughout. Heavier foxing to text-block edges, pastedowns and endpapers. Binding remains firm. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surface. Heavy tanning and scuffing to spine with moderate crushing to spine ends. Dark minor marks to both boards. Gilt lettering is bright and clear.
