Former owner's inscription to front free endpaper, with a few small nicks and rub marks along text block edge. Occasional thumb-marking present throughout. Hinges are slightly cracked with binding exposed. Binding remains firm. Boards have light shelf-wear with minor corner bumping and mild crushing to spine ends. Boards are subtly bowed. Unclipped jacket has moderate surface wear, with chips, tears and creasing to edges, corners and spine ends. Moderately tanned and foxed, with repair to reverse of jacket.
