George Philip and Son stated at the bottom of the map. Front cover completely detached with noticeable splitting and fraying to cloth. Map is lightly tanned with minor chipping to edges. Small pencil notes to middle of map. Some faint black marks overall. Minor water staining to reverse side. Covers have noticeable edge wear with water staining and bubbling. Spine completely missing. Small area of loss to label attached to front. Covers are slightly bowed.
