Presenting this intricate subject with great clarity, it sheds light on the complexities of this field of law, clarifying any areas of uncertainty or ambiguity in a straightforward and readable way. This 27th edition is fully updated to reflect the case law that has now passed through the courts under the ground breaking Companies Act 2006 and how this has impacted upon contemporary law.
