The Status of the Human Embryo Summary

The Status of the Human Embryo: Perspectives from Moral Tradition by G. R. Dunstan

This discussion centres on the moral status of the human embryo and was produced by a group from King's College, London, which comprised three medical practitioners, a research scientist engaged in experimental biology, a philosopher and three theologians working on moral questions. The religious traditions represented were Jewish, Anglican and Roman Catholic. The medical and scientific members were drawn from the three religious communities.
