SCM Reader Summary

SCM Reader by Paul Hedges

The SCM Reader: Christian Approaches to Other Faiths is the ideal resource for courses concerned with World Religions, Interfaith Dialogue and Interfaith Encounter at undergraduate and postgraduate level. The editors are leading experts in the field of interfaith encounter and have compiled an authoritative collection of texts by historical and contemporary writers. The Reader surveys different approaches within the theology of religions and considers Christian responses to individual traditions such as Islam and Buddhism. Structured along the same lines as the SCM Core Text: Christian Approaches to Other Faiths (9780334041146), this is the ideal companion volume to the Core Text, but can also be read as a standalone text.
