The Engaging Manager Reviews

'To read The Engaging Manager is to find yourself faced with a smorgasbord of titillation; at one and the same time, witty and deeply challenging. The collection of essays takes you on a journey through a kaleidoscope of thought-provoking concepts. As you read, you are enticed into questioning yourself; to challenge the thoughts and drivers behind your own attitudes and behaviours; to see yourself as others see you. In order to answer the question 'Am I a good and motivational manager?', pick up the challenge, and read this book.' Paul K. Winter, Director, The Worldly Leadership Foundation

'In a world where information must be in short bursts to get traction, be that binary code or sound bites, it's great to have key lessons from the real world of management delivered so effectively and succinctly and in a way that together forms a roadmap for

personal and professional success.' Chris Roebuck, Visiting Professor of Transformational Leadership, Cass Business School London and former Global Head of Leadership, UBS

'What makes a good manager? Read this collection of essays and find out...I recommend this book to all those hoping to develop their practice and career.' - Greta McGough, Nursing Standard
