He knows that it is Minister Louis Farrakhan whose ideas about educational leadership he is sharing with the academic world. I, for one, am very happy that he has done so. Minister Farrakhan's body of work as a leader, teacher and scholar is vast. Moreover, the evidence of the effectiveness of his educational leadership is evidenced in the success and longevity of the Nation of Islam's own programs. As I read Abul Pitre's manuscript, I found myself highlighting almost every line.
