Hello Girls: Hunks from the 70s Magazine Ads by Ad Archives
From the decade that taste forgot, this is a collection of 31 postcards of the campest and worst-dressed male models - each Adonis replete with bouffant hair, handlebar moustache and unfeasibly hairy chest. When they're not looking like figure skaters or porn stars, it's worse: they look like dads and uncles on a glamour shoot. However, it's really the threads that steal the show: hunks in trunks (or matching beach sets to be exact), men and their medallions, colourful safari suits, handbags for him, bell-bottomed slacks and paisley underpants - a catalogue of supressed memories from an era when crimplene, polyester and cheesecloth ran amuck in even the best intended wardrobes.
