Modern Christianity, especially modern evangelicalism, has lost sight of its spiritual roots in the 16th-century Reformation. As a result, it is spiritually impoverished and confused. So argues the author in this work, which recalls the modern Church to rediscover the insights of key writers such as Luther and Calvin.
