About Amilcar Mercado

Amilcar Sebastian Mercado has a B.A. in French with a minor in linguistics and teaching from Universite Laval in Quebec City. He is currently completing his Ph.D. in applied linguistics, teaching languages for specific purposes at Universidad Politecnica de Madrid. He is currently coordinator of the French department at the Politecnica.
