About Barbara Fine Clouse

Barbara Fine Clouse is a frequent conference presenter and seasoned writing instructor who has taught all levels of college composition, first at Youngstown State University in northeastern Ohio and then at Slippery Rock University in western Pennsylvania. In addition to this new edition of THE STUDENT WRITER: Editor and Critic, Barbara has written a number of composition texts for McGraw-Hill, including WRITING: FROM INNER TO OUTER WORLD, PATTERNS FOR A PURPOSE: A Rhetorical Reader, JUMPSTART!
