About Barbara K. Bundy

BARBARA K. BUNDY is Executive Director of the Center for the Pacific Rim and director of the Masters Program in Asia Pacific Liberal Studies at the University of San Francisco. During her 27-year career, she has held faculty positions at the University of California at Berkeley and at Santa Cruz, in addition to serving as president of Dominican College of San Rafael.

STEPHEN D. BURNS has served as Trade and Economics Program Officer at the Center for Asian Pacific Affairs of the Asia Foundation. Presently, he is pursuing an advanced degree in public administration at George Washington University.

KIMBERLY V. WEICHEL is President of Weichel & Associates, a consulting firm specializing in international relations, global communications, and marketing. During her 17 year career, she has worked abroad for a wide variety of international agencies, directing international programs, research, community development, cross-cultural exchanges and radio programs. She was recently director of programs for the World Affairs Council of Northern California.
