Suki Brown has been looking for Captain Jack, the father of her child, for nearly a year. During this time Jack has been working on a slave ship in search of human cargo, but he starts to realise that his slaves are human beings. Suki waits for her love quayside, but he has been put in chains because of his revolutionary ideas.
