About Beverley Birch
Beverley was born in London, but grew up in Kenya, coming to Britain for the first time for A levels and university. She graduated from Cambridge with a degree in Economics and Sociology. After travelling in Africa, America, Europe and the Middle East, she joined Penguin as a editor. Since then she has been working continually in publishing. Presently combines writing with working as an editor here at Hodder. She has two daughters aged 14 and 17. She is married to the photographer Nick Birch.
