About Bill Clarke

BILL CLARKE has been a pilot for more than 40 years. Noting the recent increase in the number of runway incursions, he undertook an intense study of the topic and put his findings in this book. He is the author of McGraw-Hill's A Pilot's Guide to GPS, Third Edition and The Illustrated Guide to Used Airplanes, Third Edition.
