David M Jones PhD studied Anthropology and History at the University of California, Berkeley before obtaining a PhD in the Archaeology of the Americas at the University of London, Institute of Archaeology. He has contributed to many books. Brian L Molyneaux PhD is a specialist in art, ideology and landscape. He is Director of the Archaeology Laboratory at the University of South Dakota, USA, and a Research Associate of the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto, Canada.
