Undiscovered Ends: An Autobiography by Bruce Kent
For the duration of the 1980s and earlier, Bruce Kent has been one of Britain's most outspoken and celebrated peace campaigners. As Chair, and latterly President, of the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament, he has led resistance to the unthinking accumulation of weapons of mass destruction by the world's superpowers. This autobiography looks at his return to England after being evacuated to Canada, his National Service, his studies at Oxford and discovery of a vocation to the priesthood. A distinguished career in the Church followed, notably as chaplain to London University.
