She has over twenty years experience teaching courses in outdoor leadership and regularly presents at conferences on the subject. Mark Wagstaff has been an Outward Bound Instructor and served as a professional river guide for over ten years. He has been teaching outdoor leadership and adventure education for thirteen years. Mary Breunig has over fifteen years experience working in outdoor education. She is currently a PhD candidate in education studies at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
