About Bruce R. Elbert
Now a private consultant, Bruce Elbert was formerly vice president of applications systems development, Hughes Space and Communications, California. He earned his M.S.E.E. in communications and computer science from the University of Maryland and his M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. Mr. Elbert is the author of several best-selling titles including Introduction to Satellite Communication (1987), Private Telecommunication Networks (1989), International Telecommunication Management (1990), Networking Strategies for Information Technology (1992), and Client-Server Computing (1994), all published by Artech House.
