About Chris Riddell

Chris Riddell was a student of Raymond Briggs' at Brighton University. He works in a range of different areas of illustration, including political cartoons. He has worked with a number of leading authors including Philip Ridley, Kathryn Cave and Ted Hughes. CASTLE DIARY (text by Richard Platt) won the 2001 Greenaway Medal. Chris lives in Brighton.
