England's Striking History Reviews

So easy to read. Nothing long-winded or more advanced than you need to know. It's a great general introduction to hammered English coins. And as if that wasn't enough, it also includes enough historical information to form a solid knowledge of what happened, and when it happened, over the span of about 700 years. I now feel confident enough to talk about English history and actually sound a little bit knowledgable! (Derek Powell, Kent, England) This is a really good reference source. I would highly recommend this book, especially for beginner collectors of English hammered coins. It has great illustrations, too. (Jim Doyle, Co. Mayo, Ireland) May I congratulate you and thank you for compiling a very useful book. After a quick read through, I believe that I will find it more useful than any other single reference that I have on this subject. (Ed Saugstad, West Virginia, USA)
