Jennifer Worick and Kerry Tessaro, the authors of My Dysfunctional Life (Chronicle Books), have doffed the shackles of Gen-X doom and gloom for the fabulousness and frivolous fun of the new millennium. Although they both sport pink mules, they have never (and will never) own a pair of Birkenstocks. Jennifer Worick prides herself on her quick tongue, craftiness, and impeccable pedicures. Although she currently lives in Philadelphia and is the editorial director at a book publishing house, she really wishes she was Dorothy Parker. Kerry Tessaro longs for the day when smooching, champagne-bottle popping, and '80s dancing become Olympic sports. She hones her talents in San Francisco, where she works as a book editor and is finishing her first novel.
