D. L. Douglas has been fascinated by true crime ever since she came face to face with Dr Crippen in the Chamber of Horrors at Madame Tussaud's. So it's fitting that her new series features Sir Bernard Spilsbury, the forensic pathologist who helped send him to the gallows.

A Londoner born and bred, DL Douglas now lives in York with her husband and family.
