An account of Dan Farson's journey by horseback in the Caucasus, following in the footsteps of his father, the war correspondent Negley Farson, who chronicled his own journey made in 1929 in Caucasian journey. Travelling with two Russian companions, Dan will attempt to successfully - unlike his father - cross the Klukhor Pass.
