About Dayton Duncan

Dayton Duncan, is the producer and writer of the Dust Bowl film, is an award-winning author and filmmaker. He has been involved with Ken Burn's documentary films for more than twenty years and most recently won two Emmys, one for outstanding writing for nonfiction programming. Ken Burns, the producer and director of the Dust Bowl film, has been making documentaries for more than thirty years. Since the Academy Award-nominated Brooklyn Bridge in 1981, he has gone on to direct and produce some of the most acclaimed and most watched documentary films ever made. They have received many honors, including twelve Emmy awards and two Oscar nominations. Burns has regularly released best-selling and award-winning companion books to his films.
